Combine the sugars and cocoa in bowl and stir in the eggs. Mix
until smooth. Heat cream to simmer and add chocolate, stir to
combine. Temper the eggs and combine with the cream. Add
vanilla and pour over the bread in a 9x12 inch pan. Let set to
absorb all the bread. Sprinkle top with Heather pieces and bake
in water bath at 325 for 45 minutes-1 hour.
