1. cut vegetables into bite size pieces
2. saute the onions, carrots, celery and garlic into the pot with
oil
3. Pour the diced tomatoes in the pot and simmer for 10 mins
4. Pour 6 cups of water into the pot.
5. Add 3 chicken boullion packs to water and boil.
6. Bring heat to low and and put cabbage in the pot.
7. salt and pepper for taste and place parsley and basil for the
last 10 mins.
8. Cook for 45 mins
