|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt margarine in microwave safe dish.

|
Mix all dry ingredients in ziptop bag and pour into flat dish.
|
|
|
|
Dip and coat chicken in margarine and then into spice mixture.
Place into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
|
|

Great as chicken fingers for kids. Just slice chicken in strips prior to dipping.
