Gradually blend contents of LeGout Cream Soup Base package with 5 quarts, whisking constantly. Add Pumpkin Puree and frozen apple juice. Blending well. Add curry to taste. Heat to serving temperature stirring occasionally.
This is a silky smooth, rich soup. Top with a dollop of whipped heavy cream. Sprinkle top with toasted pumpkin seeds, crumbled bacon and a light sprinkle of paprika for color.
I served this soup at my Aunt Tommie and Uncle John's 50th wedding shindig. It was so simple and the compliments were plentiful. You have to order the soup base online but it is worth it.
