1 cup natural peanut butter (Skippys or Smart Balance)
1 cup Splenda
1/3 cup baking Splenda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix ingredients well. Form into 1 teaspoon size balls and place on lightly sprayed Pam baking sheet.
Using a fork, make criss-cross impression on top of cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
