Quickest way- Put everything into a food processor and chop for several seconds.
You can also chop all of the ingredients by hand. If you like it hot, add another jalapeno pepper. If you want mild salsa, just use one or omitaltogether.
This will store in refrigerator for up to three days, and get better tasting and hotter as the flavors blend.
If you want to make more, double or triple the recipe. To store longer, freeze in small, individual sized containers or a large one.
