Mix the milk and lemon juice in small bowl. In
seperate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Toss
shrimp in dry mixture and then dredge in milk and
back into dry mixture again. Fry for 4 minutes. Do
not overcook. Will turn out rubbery.
Not sure on how much garlic and paprika I added
but this turned out very flavorful and we loved
it! I used the gf flour I got from costco. I fried
shrimp in the deep fryer. I used half the amount
of seasoning and saved the rest for the next time.
This also tastes good with a sprinkle of cajun seasoning after frying.
