     Japanese Chicken

4 to 6 eggs
Boneless, skinless chicken cut into bite size pieces
3 tbsp Soya Sauce
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp water

Whip 4 to 6 eggs. Dip chicken pieces in egg and roll in flour Fry in oil until golden brown. Does not need to be fully cooked
Bring soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and water to a full boil. Pour over chicken and bake about 3/4 of an hour at 350 degrees F.
