Lightly whisk-
1 egg and then add mayo & mustard and whisk again
Add onion, gently fold in crab meat
In separate bowl, mix the panko and Old bay and
then add to crab mixture.
With your hands, pat the crab mixture into 4 or 6
patties.
Heat olive oil 1/4 inch deep in a non stick
skillet. With a spatula, carefully add the crab
patties to the hot oil and fry 2 - 3 minutes on
each side until light golden brown.
Place on paper towels to soak up oil.
