     cobbler-blueberry and chia seed

Ingredients
filling
4c blueberries
4 tbs chia seeds
4 tbs coconut sugar
topping
1c almond flour
1c flour
8tbs coconut milk
 
4tbs coconut sugar
4tbs coconut oil
3tsp aluminum-free baking powder
1tsp vanilla powder
1/2tsp pink himalayan sea salt

Instructions
Prepare the filling Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir together until everything is well combined.
Prepare the topping Add all ingredients for the topping to a medium sized bowl and stir together until everything is well combined. Crumble it over the top of the blueberries. Gently pat the topping mixture down, but not firmly. Bake at 350F for approximately 45 minutes, or until the top becomes golden.
