3 Cups Water
6 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Tbs kosher salt. (Must be kosher)
1 1/2 Tbs yeast

Mix dry ingredients together. Add 3 cups water. Mix until all flour is mixed in. Cover and let rise for 2 hours. Make 2 to 3 dough balls and place on parchment paper on an upside down cookie sheet, uncovered for 30 minutes. Slash across top. Cover with egg wash -one egg mixed with a little water. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Put a pan of water in bottom of oven while baking
