     BUTTERMILK 2 INGREDIENTS

Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
1 tsp clear distilled vinegar
NOTE for every 1 cup of milk use the same amount per tsp
EXAMPLE 3 cups milk equals 3 tsp vinegar
 

Instructions
Mix vinegar into milk and stir. Set for 5 minutes as milk begins to curdle. Stir again and use in recipes such as cupcakes, cakes. This creates a very moist affect.
