     Buffalo Cauliflower

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 Large head of Cauliflower
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp Mayonaise
3-4 cloves of crushed garlic
1-2 Tbsp Sriracha
1/3 tp 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Instructions
Remove leaves from cauliflower and carve out a bit of the central stem area without separating the head into pieces. Place in a large pot with just enough water to cover bottom of pan for 1/2-1 inch, cover with a tight lid and boil to steam for 10-12 minted until top of cauliflower is fork tender. Remove from pan and allow to cool a bit on a towel so water drains out.
Soften or melt butter and add mayonnaise, Sriracha, garlic, and parmesan and mix together. Place slightly cooled cauliflower on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet.Spread sauce over cauliflower covering all visible surface. Bake in oven at 425 for about 12-15 minutes until sauce has browned. Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
