Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix eggs,
sugar, cinnamon, salt, and oil. Peel and slice
apples and add to mixture in bowl as you go to keep
apples from turning brown.
Mix together the baking soda and flour. Add to
apple mixture. Mix well with a fork until all of
the flour is absorbed by the wet ingredients.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 55 minutes.
Combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Pour
over cooled cake.
