two and a half large bay leaves

one teaspoon of black pepper

one and a half teaspoons of montreal seasoning

one teaspoon of salt
|
|
four tablespoons of basil
|

six tablespoons of parsley
|
|
eight cups of veggie stock
|
|
four cups of water
|
|
16 oz of ditalini pasta
|
|
parm cheese as needed
|

Instructions |
|
|
in large pot, sautee onion, garlic, and carrots in
olive oil over medium heat for about 5 min until
translucent
|
|
|
add tomato sauce, spices, stock and water to pot.
bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 15
minutes
|
|
|
add raw pasta and beans. bring to a boil. cover
uncooked til pasta is al dente, about 10-15
minutes depending on pasta directions
|
|
|
serve and enjoy
