     Italian Beef Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. egg noodles
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large can stewed tomatoes or petite diced
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 16 oz. sour cream
6 green onions
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
 
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
cheddar cheese

Instructions
Soften cream cheese and blend with sour cream. Mix in green onions. Brown meat and drain, mix in seasoning and tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer. Layer cook noodles, meat mixture, cheese mixture. Should layer 2 to 3 times in a 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
