Dip tortillas in hot grease to soften. (you can skip this step but it is
NOT as good and you can tell a difference)
Mix soup, sour cream, onions, mushrooms if added.
Butter dish well and pour some broth in bottom of dish. Take a
tortilla, place inside, sour cream mixture, chicken and grated cheese,
roll. Put remaining mixture on top and top with cheese. Before baking
spoon chicken broth in corners of casserole. (Best if prepared the
night before, that makes the crepe taste) but it taste ok that day too.
Bake covered at 300 for 45 minutes.
