     Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup flour
1 TAB. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup fresh cranberries
 
Instructions
Beat eggs until foamy and add dry ingredients. Stir in cranberries. Bake in a bunt pan at 350 for 50 minutes or in muffins for 30 minutes.
