Cook potatoes adding little water and set aside.
|

Grind all the masala ingredients adding very little water, into a fine
thick paste.
|
|
|
Heat a cooking pot with oil and fry sliced onion until light brown.
Add masala and keep frying for about 8 to 10 minutes, adding masala
water gradually until it gives out good aroma.
|
|
|
Adjust the consistency of the gravy adding water. Add salt, prawns and
cooked potato.
Bring to a good boil and cook until the prawns are done.
