     Bean Salad

Ingredients
(1) large jar Randall's Great Northern Beans
(1) Large Vidalia or Sweet Onion
Salt & Pepper
Good hand-full of Fresh Parsley
Mazola Oil
Vinegar
 

Instructions
Pour Randall's beans in a colander and rinse with cold water. Drain Well. Chop up Vidalia onion and add to beans. Salt & Pepper....heavy with the black pepper. Pour enough Mazola Oil as you would for any salad....maybe a touch more.
Pour White Vinegar...more than for a regular salad. Fold with spoon. Pick a good hand-full of fresh Parsley, wash off in cold water, then chop it up and fold into salad. (chop off any long stems).
Taste to see if you need more salt or vinegar. Refrigerate & enjoy!
