Place chicken, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing mix in instant pot (or crockpot).

|
Instant Pot- Lock cover into place and seal steam nozzle. Cook on high pressure 15 minutes. Naturally release pressure for 10 minutes, then quick release.

|
|
Crockpot- Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.
|
|
|
Shred chicken with forks or using kitchen aid mixer. Serve with Sauce.

Serve on lettuce wrap, tortilla wrap or by itself with good blue cheese dressing.
