Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add cold, cover and
put in fridge funtil firm.

In a blender combine sour cream, ricotta, cream
cheese and lemon extract. Blend until light and
fluffy.

|
Cut gelatin into sections and add to the blender
mixture. Blend on high speed until smooth and
frothy 3-4 min.
|
|
|
Pour into individual serving dishes. Cover and
refridgerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
