5.1 oz large package of instant chocolate OR vanilla pudding
2 C milk
5.1 oz large package of instant pistachio pudding
2 C milk
2 C cool whip
Preheat oven to 350 and spray 9x13 baking dish
with non-stick spray.
Blend together all the crust ingredients and press
into dish. Bake 20 min and cool completely
Wait until crust is cooled to prepare the
puddings. In 2 separate bowls mix the chocolate
and pistachio puddings according to directions
only reducing the milk to 2 C each.
In a separate bowl prepare the cream cheese
filling by blending the cream cheese, powdered
sugar, and 1 C cool whip until light and fluffy.
Assemble by spreading the cream cheese mixture
on cooled crust. Spread the chocolate pudding
over the cream cheese layer, then the pistachio
pudding. Top with 2 C whipped cream, and
garnish with shaved chocolate. Chill until
ready to serve.
