1 pound lean ground chicken or turkey
1 clove garlic ?? minced.
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
1/8 tsp nutmeg
 

Instructions
combine all ingredients and make into patties. Cook or freeze.
