1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1package 8 oz cream cheese
|

1 c. sour cream
|

1-2 c. green onions
|

Garlic powder to taste

Season salt to taste

5 flour tortillas - 10 inches each

Ham slices (optional)

1can chopped green chilies, well drained (optional)

Instructions |

Best cream cheese, cheddar cheese and sour cream
until mixed. Stir in green onion, chilies (if
using) and seasonings.

Lay tortillas out. Spread cream cheese mixture in
tortillas. If using ham slices, pat the dry and
lay them on cream cheese.
|
|
|
|
Roll tortillas up, place them in plastic wrap and
refrigerate for several hours. Remove from fridge,
slice with a serrated knife and serve.
