     Cinnamon Bun Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup non dairy milk
2 large ripe bananas
8 pitted dates
2 TBSP baking powder
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TBSP cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 TSP vanilla
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients except raisins in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Stir in raisins, if using. Fill a 12 cup silicone muffin pan and distribute batter evenly. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely before removing from the muffin pan.
