     zucchini scampi

3 larger zucchini
30 shrimp
1/2 cup butter
3 cups water
3 tsp chicken boullion
couple handfuls of flour (enough to thicken the sauce)
salt and pepper for shrimp and zucchini
1/3 c lemon

heat butter until melted then add garlic and then add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. flip shrimp. once curled and cooked take out and set aside so they don't over cook. then add zucchini and more salt and pepper. once zucchini is cooked add 1/3 c lemon
