Saute onions, jalapenos, and garlic in oil
until onions are translucent. Remove from
heat, stir in cream cheese until all mixed. In
a separate bowl mix the sour cream and salsa.
Grease 9 X 9 inch backing pan. Place tamale
pieces in baking pan, cover with cream cheese
mix and 1/2 the cheese. Then cover with sour
cream mixture and the rest of the cheese. Bake
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool for
about 10 minutes and then serve.
