In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium
heat.
Stir in garlic for 1-2 minutes til fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, chicken broth, and heavy
cream.
Bring sauce to a simmer. Cook 4-6 minutes til
sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Serve sauce over chicken, seafood, or pasta.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and cracked
black pepper if desire
