     30 minute buns

Ingredients
1 1/4 c warm water
1/4 c sugar
2 T instant yeast
1/3 c oil
1 t salt
1 egg
3 1/2 c flour
 
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar in large bowl. Add in oil, salt, egg and flour until combined.
Shape immediately into 14 rules in place in Greece 9 x 13” cake pan. Let rise for 15 to 20 minutes.
Shape immediately into 16 rolls and place in Greased 9 x 13” cake pan. Let rise for 15 to 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375° F. Bake rolls for about 15 to 20 minutes.
