     Butter Cookie Frosting

Ingredients
1 Box Confectioners Sugar
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
3 Egg Whites-Room Temp
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
Food Coloring
 
Instructions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth and spreading consistency. Add food coloring as needed.
Decorate cookies with spatula or piping bag. If frosting becomes too thin, rebeat until stiff. Allow to dry 9 up to 24 hours.
