1/4 cup cream, 1 t vanilla

Instructions |

|
cream first 3 ingredients, 2-3 min mixer
sift 6 dry ingredients and add to creamed oil
add remaining ingredients

bake in tube pan, 350 for 75 min, check a 1 hour
mini cake pan approx 35 min
med loaf pan approx 40 - 45 min
loaf pan 55 - 60 min
|

|
GLAZE combine last 4 ingredients and boil for 2 1/2
min stirring constantly. Poke holes in cake and
cover with glaze while both are hot.
