Melt 2 Tbs butter, in large skillet. Add the
chicken and saute until cooked through and browned.
Remove and keep warm.
Melt remaining 6 Tbs butter in skillet over low
heat. Add the cheese, whipping cream, spices and
stir continually until the cheese is melted. Add
artichokes and cook over low heat until heated
through.
Place the chicken in a serving bowl and pour sauce
over top.
