Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 1/3 tsp baking soda
1 1/3 baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup flour
2 cups grated carrot
 
Raisins
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients, add sugar oil and eggs. Blend well. Bake at 300 F for 1 hour.
Icing 4 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup butter 2 tsp vanilla 2 cups icing sugar
