     Cold water cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cold water
 
Instructions
Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, salt and eggs. Add salt with flour and soda water and vanilla.
Bake 40 min at 350 F.
