oven 350....about 30 min. Until toothpick comes out clean.
Beat butter, sugar and egg. add combined dry ingredients. Slowly
add to butter mixture and then vanilla, water and vinegar. Combine
well. 9 x 13 greased pan (use parchment)
frosting- Combine all and beat .
