Heat Oven to 350 degrees F
Combine cream cheese, beaten egg, sour cream and
condensed milk in a large mixing bowl. Blend
ingredients for one minute using electric mixer.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
Bake on the center oven rack for 30 minutes
(center will jiggle).
Remove from oven and cool. Chill before serving
