     Easy Banana Bread

Ingredients
Beat in separate bowl
1 egg
1 1/3 cup mashed bananas (3)
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
Dry ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
 
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or dried cranberries (optional)
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients and add to bananas mixture
Bake 1 hour at 350
