Ingredients
6 Eggs Seperated
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
 
Instructions
Separate Eggs- Beat Whites until stiff. Add Powdered sugar a little at a time.
Beat egg yolks until lemon colored. Add vanilla and baking soda. Fold both mixtures together.
Use 2 teaspoons of batter in a cup. Add 1 jigger or bourbon or brandy or both. Fill rest of cup with boiling water. Sprinkle with Nutmeg.
