     Pie Crust - Gram's

Servings   6 single crusts
Ingredients
5 1/2 cups flour
2- cups Crisco (or 2 cups lard)
2 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup water
 
Instructions
Cut together flour, crisco and salt. Then add beaten egg, vinegar and water.
These freeze well. Make the balls and freeze singly. Let thaw slightly before rolling out when making a pie.
