1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large
mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs,
onion, 1 T barbecue sauce, mustard, chili powder,
salt, pepper and egg. 3. Divide the mixture among
the 12 cups in a standard muffin tin, pressing
them down to fill the cup. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. In the meantime, mix the sauce ingredients in
a small bowl. 5. Remove the meatloaf from oven
and pat grease from top with paper towel. Spoon
sauce over top. Return to oven for additional 15
minutes.
