     Monkey Bread

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
2 cups lukewarm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs yeast
2 eggs
7 cups Wondra Flour Can use regular flour
1 tbs salt
4 tbs oil
1 cube margarine or butter. (I use butter)
1 tbs olive oil

Instructions
Mix water, sugar and yeast and set aside. Beat 2 eggs and add to above mixture. Add 3 cups of the flour, add salt. Beat well with spoon or mixer. Add oil and remaining flour. Kneed until bread consistency (about 15 minutes). Cover and let raise 2 hours until double in bulk. Mix down and let raise again if time permits. If you don't have time one raising is enough. Melt 1 cube of butter or margarine and add olive oil. Roll out 2/3 of dough. Cut with 2 inch cookie cutter and dip in melted margarine or butter and olive oil. Place each piece on it's side along the edge of the bundt pan. Put remaining dough in regular bread pan or round can. Let raise. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 or 30 minutes until done. Turn out on place and pull apart. Makes 2 bundt pans. Do not use just butter, it burns too easily. Mix half butter and half margarine if you like the butter taste better.
