1 bunch fresh basil (or 2 cups packed)
zest and juice from 2 lemons
salt
pepper
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c pine nuts
3/4 c parmesan cheese
2 tbsp minced garlic
 
Instructions
blend all ingredients in blender. use immediately or freeze into cubes
