     Instant Pot White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth
2 cans cannellini beans
1 pound chicken breasts
1 can creamed corn
2 small cans diced green chilies
1 medium yellow onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
 
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 cup sour cream

Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except for sour cream in the bowl of the Instant Pot. Close lid and set to sealing. Press manual or high pressure button and set to 30 minutes. You can use frozen chicken set at the same time. Natural pressure release for 10 minutes. Release additional pressure and remove lid. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Add chicken back into the Instant Pot and mix in 1 cup sour cream.
