Instructions
Mix softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed
milk, lime juice and green food coloring. Beat on
high until smooth and creamy. Pour into a crust.
Refrigerate until set (3-4 hours).
Garnish with lime zest, lime slices and whipped
cream if you'd like.
