     Chicken - Semi Spicy Grilled Chicken

8 boneless chicken thighs
1/2 Cup chili sauce
1/4 Cup A-1 steak sauce
3 Tbl Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. seasoned rice vinegar (optional)

Place chicken pieces into a gallon Ziploc bag. Mix all sauce and spices together and pour over the chicken. Close bag and evenly coat chicken. Marinade in refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours.
Grill 10-12 minutes per side on low-med or until chicken reaches internal temp of 165 deg.
