Preheat oil on med heat. Whisk together flour,
water, and egg.

Rinse onions under cool water to thaw. Drain and
thoroughly pat dry.
|
|
|
Toss onions in batter. Using small slotted spoon,
add to oil in clumps of 3-6 and cook until golden.
Remove to paper towel lined plate.
|
|
|
NOTE- These are easier to make in clumps, and
actually come out better. NOTE- Way better than
onion rings.
