     REUBEN DIP (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
4 oz. sliced corned beef, chopped
1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
 

Instructions
Combine cream cheese, 1 cup of Swiss, dressing, sauerkraut and corned beef. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of Swiss. Cover. Cook on low 1-2 hrs till bubbly. Serve with rye Triscuits or pretzel crackers or any other cracker.
