Wash and drain mushroom. Gently remove and dice stems.
Saute bacon and drain on paper towel.
Saute the diced mushroom stems, green pepper and onion in bacon drippings.
Combine with crumbled bacon, softened cream cheese, salt and worcestershire sauce.
Melt butter in pan and add bread crumbs. Brown crumbs and add to other ingredients.
Stuff mushroom caps and bake at 375F for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
