     WW SHRIMP CEVICHE

Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
2 T uncooked red onion chopped fine
1/2 small roma tomato diced
1/2 small cucumber, kirby, diced
2 T fresh lime juice
2 t cilantro, fresh, chopped
1 pinch table salt or to taste
1 pinch black pepper
 

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, onion, tomato, cucumber and lime juice. Let stand 10 minutes for flavors to blend. Sprinkle with cilantro and season to taste CAN BE SERVED ON A BED OF GREENS OR SPINACH
